For the last blog of the month focusing on the PWF series Oracle of Wynter, I was thinking about why I find this so appealing. I know why I like it, but that idea has expanded as I’ve blogged about it over the month. All the characters have lived their lives for a while. That means they’ve had both major successes and massive failures. Because that’s life, and that’s how it goes. We all make mistakes. But with the help of magic, and the people around us, there is always room for second chances, for starting over, for new beginnings. We all have this idea of who we are and who we want to be when we first hit being adults. That shifts from year to year. In PWF, there’s an event that marks the end of what we thought was, and the characters must now live with what is. Along with some magic, none of which ever seems to cooperate as the characters would like. That makes it fun, don’t you think?
Anyway, Hexes & Hot Flashes, the first book in the series, is out tomorrow. I hope you enjoy it, and have enjoyed the insight into Wynter, Florry, and Logan. I am in love with this trio. There’s more of them to come!

Joining the over 40 magic club books Lisa Manifold delivers a cleverly written, humorous book. Proving there is life after 40 and magic the only thing I was disappointed in is waiting for the sequels! Looking forward to seeing more background on more of the charactors and adventures to come! So good This book was so good. There were a couple places that felt repetitive but over all great read. I felt like part of the action and the characters were pretty fleshed out. I would love to hang out with the new Oracle and her friends.
SO glad you enjoyed Wynter! I really love her, as well as the characters around her!
LOL, I would love to have a Florry in my life. I know she’s a little bit out there, but I LOVE her.
